1. Delivery Fees

• Flat rate of RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia.
• Starting from RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak.
• Free delivery for orders above RM100.

Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

2. Delivery Partner
GSD partners with DHL for secure and timely shipping within Malaysia. Under normal circumstances:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days (excluding Langkawi).
• Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days.

Note: Working days follow the Melaka calendar, excluding public holidays.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed:

• Customers must report the issue to DHL directly.
• GSD will assist by reporting the case to expedite resolution.

Important: GSD is not responsible for lost packages after items have been shipped. Claims for lost items must be made directly with DHL.
